A 20-minute call. No discovery deck, no slide presentation. We ask what you're actually trying to do, what you've already tried, and what's in your way. By the end, we either know enough to send a proposal, or we tell you we're the wrong fit.
Proposal & contract
where we commit
Within 48 hours of the conversation, you receive a fixed-scope proposal: what we'll build, when it ships, what it costs. No estimates, no time-and-materials. Once you accept, we send a contract via Documenso for e-signature.
Discovery & triage
where we map everything
A structured working session, usually a single afternoon, where we map every pain point, dependency, edge case, integration, and constraint. We triage what to solve first, what to solve later, and what isn't worth solving at all. You leave with a clear sequencing plan.
Build & ship
where we work
We build in your portal. You watch progress in real-time, leave feedback inline, and approve milestones. Most websites ship in 4 business days. Most software ships in 2-3 weeks. AI workflows depend on data quality but typically take 2-6 weeks from discovery.
Maintain & grow
where we stay
Once shipped, you're on a maintenance subscription that includes security patches, bug fixes, content updates, and incremental feature work. Quarterly we sit down and discuss what to expand, what to deprecate, what to retire. We're not a one-and-done agency.
